Katherine Heigl opens up with the world on her "white bubble life" and how it has influenced how she raises her adopted multiracial children. In a recent "Firefly Lane", "Grey's Anatomy", and "Grey's Anatomy" actor Katherine Heigl revealed that she didn't care about her complexion until she got to know her adoptive sister who was from South Korea. When I inquired of Meg how she was treated while out in public, either with or without our parents, she said it was different. She answered, "Oh yeah, always!" Heigl explained to Parents: "That was when I was aware of how foolish I had resulted in me feeling." Heigl said she got frustrated and thought it was important to focus her anger on helping her adoptee daughters. Heigl has a son who is four year with Josh Kelley, her husband over the last 13 years. In 2009, they welcomed Nancy Leigh (12), an adopted daughter from South Korea, and Adalaide (8, a black child) in 2012.
